Lovely typical old village house on two floors, renovated, cobbled street, with beautiful views.
First floor (overlooking the street): kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds, and window on the street.
An access to the lower level where there is a bedroom with a double bed and door onto the street.
Second floor: a bedroom with double bed with window with opening showing outside and access to the terrace, a living room and a bathroom with shower.
Terrace with clear and wonderful views on town and the mountains.
Garden attached opposite the house (table and chairs) with some fruit trees, private use.
Internet access, WiFi.
1 set of sheets per bed, as well as blankets.
1 set of towels per person consisting of 1 shower towel and 1 washbasin towel.
You have to bring your own beach / pool towels.

The charming village of Selva, is located in the inner part of the island, at the foot of the SERRA DE TRAMUNTANA, 32 km from Palma and 5-minute drive from Inca, known for the footwear industry, leather goods and its famous markets. They attract people from all over the island and also find all the necessary services, schools, supermarkets, shops, train station, bus and motorway to Palma.
This small village is the perfect place to relax and experience the true Mallorca and is the ideal place for those who, on foot or by BIKE, want to discover the northern area of SERRA DE TRAMUNTANA.
HOW TO MOVE
Stop to 7 minutes from the house. Bus service to go to Inca, the railway station and Palma.
Having a car is highly recommended. There’s no garage.
Final cleaning is mandatory, and no included in the rental price. Freedays has a professional cleaning team.
Please, we ask for the apartment be left in good condition, on departure day garbage be removed and clean dishes.
ECONOMIC CONDITIONS REQUIRED
1-month prepayment as a deposit to secure booking (Deposit will be refunded between 7 and 15 days after departure)
From 1 to 3 months: the total amount of the rent and utilities forecast before the delivery of keys.
From 4 to 11 months: The first month's rent or proportion of the current month (in this case also ask you to pay the following month in advance)
Utilities are not included in the monthly rental price; we will charge an amount of 160€ per month.
This payment will be regularized once the lease ends with the official expenses being made in the house, reading meters.

Select your house - choose the reference of the accomodation you like the most, letting us know the reason of your stay as well as your check in and out dates.
Contact us so we can confirm the availability of the house and send you the specifications of your apartment.
