Access to the seafront “Paseo marítimo”, in front of the port. Terrace facing to Can Barbará, the small dock of the bay of Palma. It is a very quiet area with proximity to the sea and the Porto Pi shopping center.
HOW TO MOVE
Easy access to the old town by public transport, bus stop 100 meters, 15 minutes journey to the old town. Although also cycling or walking is an easy alternative. Only 15 kilometers from Son Sant Joan Airport, ten minutes by taxi. 10 minutes’ drive to H. Son Espases and 45 minutes by bus.
The final cleaning is mandatory and is not included in the rental price. Freedays has a professional cleaning team. We ask that you leave the apartment in good condition, do not leave trash and clean dishes.
ECONOMIC CONDITIONS REQUIRED
1-month prepayment as a deposit to secure booking (Deposit will be refunded between 7 and 15 days after departure)
From 1 to 3 months: the total amount of the rent before the delivery of keys.
From 4 to 11 months: The first month's rent or proportion of the current month (in this case also ask you to pay the following month in advance)
Electricity and water are not included in the monthly rental price; we will charge an amount of 75€/month.
These payments will be regularized once the lease ends with the official expenses being made in the flat.
